ACCE Career Service Policy Starter Kit

The practice starter pack includes draft templates to help you establish your own practice or to assist managers in a small career/community service. Development of this pack assumes that the career practitioner is not working in a larger organisation or school where a suite of overarching policies is normally provided by the organisation. However, a small service in a larger organisation may benefit from some specific career policies and procedural documents. Career practitioners should consider how these might link to, or conflict with existing guidelines, and should work with their organisation’s management or policy managers to ensure that their career policies and procedures are included and ‘fit’ within the overarching policy and framework.
