Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that it can be difficult to keep appointments so you can cancel or change an appointment. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Please note that payments for career tools (e.g., Morrisby, ERS) are non-refundable once a code has been issued and the cost of the tool will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and may take additional time to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

Booking and Payments
To pay for your career counselling session, use the PayWay link emailed to you after completing the booking form. Once you are directed to the Westpac PayWay portal, you will be prompted to enter your Debit or Credit card details. Please use your name as the Invoice reference Number.
Your payment amount will be the cost of the session you chose when completing the initial form. You can find this amount in this confirmation email.
A bank surcharge applies when using this service. Once your payment has been made and received, you will be sent a link to book your session.

Eligibility and Reduced Fees
CCCA offers reduced fees in extenuating circumstances for clients experiencing disadvantage, who are unemployed, or who working less than 25 hours a week. This offer is limited to the funds remaining in our charity pool.
Concession Cards
Concession Appointments must have Centrelink Concession Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Health Care Card, or Pensioner Concession Card.
Clients booking a concession-rate session must hold a valid concession card in their own name:
- The name on the concession card must match the name of the person attending the session.
- Concession cards held by parents, partners, or other third parties cannot be used for another individual.
- A valid concession card may be requested at the time of booking or prior to the appointment.
If a valid concession card in the client’s name cannot be provided, the booking may be adjusted to the standard fee or cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
