Payment Information
To pay for your counselling session, please use the PayWay link emailed to you after completing the booking form.
Once you are directed to the Westpac PayWay portal, you will be prompted to enter your Debit or Credit card details. Please use your name as the Invoice reference Number. Your payment amount will be the cost of the session you chose when completing the initial form, and you can find this amount in this confirmation email. A bank surcharge applies when using this service. Once your payment has been made and received, you will be sent a link to book your session.
Cancellations - Refunds
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Please note that payments for career tools (e.g., Morrisby, ERS) are non-refundable once a code has been issued, and the cost of the tool will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and may take additional time to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
